Contacting the Product Developer

In order to contact the product developer, navigate to the  Purchase History page and click on 'Message' icon.

You will get following options.

  • View messages (will appear if you have sent a message to developer already) : Clicking on it will redirect to the messages sent to developer regarding the same transaction.
  • Send message to developer : Clicking on it you will get a popup. Fill the details to send message to the developer.
  • Refund request (will appear if you have not raised any refund till now and are eligible for refund) : Clicking on it you will get a popup. Fill the details to send a refund request to the developer.
